For ages now I have missed out on the joy of my families favorite Christmas fare, Pierogies! I can buy them online, for about $12 a box, but that's just insane. I haven't had time to think of how to develop a recipe for dough to make one, but thankfully one of my favorit GF bloggers, Hey, that tastes good, figured out how to. Go go girl! I'm so excited, now I just need to find the time to invest in making them (making them from scratch can take alomst a whole day). This could potentially make my Dad a happy man, for now I can once again join in the scrumptousness of their doughy goodness:)
